Goldilocks and the Three Bears

"Here is the naughty girl who has eaten my porridge and broken my chair!
     Here she is!"

 This book is a series of Ladybird tales.
 Goldilocks is very famous story.
 I have already read several times.
 Every time I read this, I wonder if Goldilocks didn't run away, what the three bear did to her.
 This story is mysterious for me.
 I can't read the author's intention.
